- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- 3/4 Cup 1% Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Glutamine
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Serving Powdered Multi-vitamin

MITCH'S SUMMERTIME BERRY SMOOTHIE
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana (peeled, duh!)
- 1/2 Cup 1% Fat or Skim Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seed
Nutritional Value (estimated): No clue, but it's super low in fat
Tips: You can use fresh fruit, but then the drink won't be frozen. Use a little less milk and toss in some ice cubes before you blend.
